Command Sergeant Major of the National Armed Forces
Command Sergeant Major Dainis Ceirulis began his service in the National Armed Forces in 1994 and has served in the Baltic Peacekeeping Battalion, the 1st Infantry Battalion of the Land Forces Brigade, the Instructor School, the Headquarters Battalion, the Joint Headquarters, the 17th Air Defense Battalion of the National Guard, the 2nd Vidzeme Brigade of the National Guard, as well as NATO headquarters in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Command Sergeant Major Dainis Ceirulis has participated in six international operations – in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq and Afghanistan, and has also made a significant contribution to the training of soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Until March 19 of this year, Command Sergeant Major Dainis Ceirulis served in the position of Senior Sergeant of the National Guard.
