NATO Multinational Division North together with Allies conducted an exercise in Latgale
Last week, senior representatives of NATO’s Multinational Division North (MND-N), deployed in Latvia, together with the Latvian National Armed Forces Brigade Commanders, conducted a military exercise in the Latgale region.
The exercise Knight Pantheon 2025 is an important element in the overall military training system. Participants carried out operational and tactical-level tasks in accordance with exercise scenarios, which integrated both Latvia’s historical experience and the challenges of today’s security environment. During the exercise, the command elements of MND-N, along with the Brigade Commanders under MND-N, were able to apply their knowledge in practice and further develop their leadership skills while operating in a realistic and dynamic environment.
Like other international military exercises organized in Latvia under real-world conditions, Knight Pantheon 2025 enhanced the cooperation among all participating forces and command elements, as well as improved coordination - once again proving that NATO forces are ready, combat-capable, and united.
Continuous communication takes place between NATO and Latvia at all levels, exchanging up-to-date information to jointly address security challenges in our country and in the region. The presence of NATO forces in Latvia is a clear signal to any potential adversary: aggression against one NATO member will mean aggression against the entire Alliance.
