NATO military engineer exercise "Verboom VIII"

From March 17 to 23, the military exercise "Verboom VIII" organized by the NATO Multinational Brigade in Latvia took place at the Ādaži military training ground.

The exercise involved soldiers from the NATO Multinational Battlegroups deployed in Estonia and Lithuania, the NATO Multinational Brigade in Latvia, and the Engineer Company, 2nd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, and 3rd Infantry Battalion of the Land Forces Mechanized Infantry Brigade Combat Support Battalion.

Operating in a multinational environment, the exercise participants improved mutual cooperation in the performance of joint tasks, strengthening the capabilities of combat engineers and cooperation between NATO engineer subunits in the Baltic region.
