"The goal is the same for all of us - to be ready to protect our country, our values, and the sovereignty of the Latvian state. Our combat capabilities and those of our allies must always be at a consistently high level, so that we are always ready to respond to potential threats in time and guarantee the safety of Latvia," emphasized Colonel Oskars Kudlis, commander of the Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Land Forces.

The military units participating in the exercise will demonstrate the interoperability and combat readiness of NATO members in several exercises and joint tactical-level training operations, strengthening NATO's principles of collective defense and promoting deterrence and protection.
